Servers we run ourselves
Our own servers with DirectAdmin as the control panel. No middleman deciding when maintenance happens, and no support desk forced to answer "we are looking into it" because someone else holds the keys.

Starting a brand is easy. Keeping it running once there are customers on it is the work. We do that work once, and then for everyone.
Our own servers with DirectAdmin as the control panel. No middleman deciding when maintenance happens, and no support desk forced to answer "we are looking into it" because someone else holds the keys.
Daily backups to a separate backup server, away from the hosting environment. A backup sitting on the same machine as the original is not a backup.
Invoicing, contracts and customer records run through a single system, with a client portal per brand in that brand's own styling. A new brand does not have to start its administration from scratch.
Domain names are registered and watched centrally, including expiry dates and DNS changes. A domain that quietly expires is the most expensive mistake in this trade.
Moving sites from another host is part of the job, not extra work. We build the tooling for it ourselves, because the off-the-shelf options ask too much of the customer.
Servers, certificates and backups are watched. We would rather have an alert that turns out to be unnecessary than a customer who notices the outage first.
This is what runs today, not what is on the roadmap. If something is not here yet, it is not listed.
